How early-booking discounts work

Charter operators publish next season’s prices in the autumn and take a percentage off every week booked before a date, usually the end of December or January, sometimes later. The discount is theirs, on their own base price; JustBoat reads it from their booking system along with the price, and takes nothing from it.

What you see here is the whole cost of the week after the discount: the base charter plus every obligatory extra the operator charges, such as the transit log, end cleaning and tourist tax. The security deposit is refundable and shown separately on the boat’s page.

An enquiry places a non-binding option on the boat with the operator, who confirms the price and the discount, and you pay them directly. Discounts end on the operator’s date and the week then returns to full price, so a week that suits you is worth asking about now.
