How last-minute charter works

A week that is still open a few weeks before it starts earns the operator nothing if it stays empty, so many take a percentage off to fill it. The boat and the service are the same as at full price; only the date is close.

The price shown is the whole cost of that week after the discount: base charter plus every obligatory extra. It comes from the operator’s booking system and is refreshed several times a day, so what is here is open today and may be gone tomorrow.

An enquiry places a non-binding option on the boat with the operator, who confirms it and takes your payment directly. For a departure this close, an answer usually comes the same day.
